IM have acted for a number of individuals involved in air crashes during the course of their service in the Armed Forces.

Having gained experience over the years in claims involving the military, IM in 2000 set a specialist unit dealing with claims on behalf of service personnel injured whilst on and off duty, both here in the UK and abroad. Through this work, IM have developed a detailed understanding of the workings of the Armed Forces, of the activities undertaken by members of the Armed Forces and of the financial effects that injury has upon service personnel.

Since the development of the unit, IM have dealt with a wide variety of accident including parachuting accidents, accidents on exercise and have been instructed by personnel involved in a number of aircrashes.
