Class action by timeshare owners

We are acting on behalf of timeshare consumers in a group action proceeding in the English Courts seeking compensation from convicted timeshare fraudster, John Palmer, who was jailed in 2001. We were successful in obtaining a Freezing Order over assets belonging to John Palmer and obtaining an Order for the Defendant to pay into court the sum of £3.25m as security for the damages claimed by the Defendants and for their costs.
