Advising the Coalfields Regeneration Trust in respect of the development and licensing of specialist grant administration software.
Advising ADP Dealer Services (UK) Ltd (part of the international Automatic Data Processing group) in respect of its standard terms for the supply, support and maintenance of IT systems to car, van and truck dealers and a major contract for the installation of its latest product into eleven Vauxhall dealerships.
