Compensation for Hand Fracture in Work Accident

Work accident case study

Our client suffered a work accident when he was walking along a scaffolding walkway carrying a breeze block when one of the boards on the walkway floor gave way. Our client fell through walkway, crushing his left hand between one of the walkway boards and the concrete breeze block he was carrying.

The right length boards had not been used on the walkway, those being used were 3 feet shorter and that is why the walkway failed.

We obtained £25,600 in work accident compensation for our client.

If you have been injured in a work accident, we may be able to help claim compensation. Fill in our online claims form for a free case assessment.
