Coach crashes abroad - case studies

Client Group A

Successfully recovered compensation for a number of clients injured in a coach crash near Las Vegas, USA in September 2000. The record compensation package of over £14,000,000 was achieved following legal proceedings in California and a trans-Atlantic mediation involving members of the ITLG.
