On 25th January 2003 a tube train derailed at Chancery Lane with more than 800 passengers on board. The rear three carriages derailed and hit a wall as the train pulled into Chancery Lane. We act for a number of individuals who were injured. Liability for the accident has been admitted by London Underground. Negotiations to secure claims for compensation are ongoing.
