Relationships At Work
Relationships and Their Impact in the Workplace
17/09/2008
Sheffield based Irwin Mitchell is hosting an informal look at the legal and HR issues of relationships and their impact in the workplace on Thursday 25 September.
Liesel Whitfield, from the Employment Law Team at Irwin Mitchell, says: "Your employees are your most valuable asset and it pays to look after them. However people and their relationships, both inside and outside of work, can be a complicated business.
"This seminar will cover the many angles of relationship breakdown and family issues and their effects within the workplace, giving you the reassurance that you are a caring employer, whilst acting responsibly and in the best interests of your company."
Co-host Alison Fernandes, from the Family Law Team at Irwin Mitchell, says: "It will be a really interesting look into the life of a fictional character through a scenario covering a marriage breakdown & divorce, affair in the workplace, maternity leave, stress, parental rights and other problems associated with relationships at work – all affecting one woman!"
The event starts with breakfast and registration at 8am and will finish at 10am.
