Irwin Mitchell’s corporate law team in London has advised Sharpcards Ltd on a £1.5m funding from government backed investment fund, Seraphim Capital.

Sharpcards provide electronic greeting cards on mobile phones enabling users to choose from a catalogue on their mobile phone and send it to another mobile phone as a more advanced form of text message.

The £1.5million investment from Seraphim Capital will enable Sharpcards to develop an application that can be pre-installed directly onto the mobile phone. With this funding Sharpcards can now expect to launch it in conjunction with major network
