Managing Partner Change At Irwin Mitchell
16/09/2008
Irwin Mitchell announced today that National Managing Partner, Howard Culley, has decided to retire from the firm. He will relinquish his role at the end of April 2009 and continue as a partner until at least May 2010. During this time he will work with the Board in positioning the firm in readiness for changes in the UK legal services market.
The newly elected Managing Partner will be announced in December 2008.
Commenting on Howard's decision, senior partner Michael Napier said: "Howard's outstanding performance as managing partner for 20 years has placed Irwin Mitchell at the forefront of delivering legal services in the UK.
"I fully understand Howard's wish to hand over the Managing Partner baton and have nothing but praise for his truly magnificent contribution and business acumen, on which we will continue to draw as Irwin Mitchell prepares for the opportunities of the new legal services market place."
