Conveyancing Team Builds At Irwin Mitchell

Sheffield based law firm Irwin Mitchell has bolstered its nationally acclaimed Conveyancing team by recruiting Philip Bullivant to head up their New Homes conveyancing department in the Sheffield office.

Philip, who was formerly with construction company Taylor Wimpey prior to joining Irwin Mitchell, will be in charge of a team within the firm who will be working with residential developers, managing agents and local estate agencies, offering a complete service on new homes and plot sales.

Irwin Mitchell provides a wide range of conveyancing services for private individuals, financial institutions and developers. Services include sale/purchase work, re-mortgaging, equity release and Islamic finance.
