Zoe has developed a broad specialist knowledge of Armed Forces Injury claims and deals exclusively in claims on behalf of service personnel (On and Off Duty). She has represented Military claimants in a number of high value cases and has an impressive record of winning cases against the MoD.

Zoe has an excellent understanding of the internal workings of the Armed Forces and appreciates the unique environment and ethos that military personnel work under. Her cases for Armed Forces personnel cover the full spectrum of Armed Forces Injury Claims from road traffic accidents, training accidents or accidents on military exercise, through to cold weather injuries and accidents arising off duty.

Zoe is a member of APIL's Military Special Interest Group and represents Armed Forces personnel from all 3 services including members of the TA and Reservists.

Zoe is currently advising some of the families of the 6 RMP Policemen who were killed in Al Majarr al Kabir in June 2003.
