Andrew joined Irwin Mitchell having completed 7 years service in the Army Legal Services. He has served throughout the UK, Germany and Cyprus and completed operational tours in Bosnia, Kosovo and Northern Ireland. Andrew's unique blend of military and legal experience adds further technical expertise in this unique area of the law.
Andrew deals exclusively with Armed Forces Accident Claims and has clients from a variety of cap badges (RLC, REME, RM, Inf, AGC) that have sustained injuries in Operational Theatres and Off duty accidents in the UK and abroad. . He deals with Armed Forces claims of the utmost severity resulting from injuries to the spine or brain.
Andrew is currently assisting Lance Bombardier Ben Parkinson and his family in their legal challenge of the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme.
