What is the Court of Protection?

The Court of Protection is an office of the Supreme Court which looks after the financial affairs of people who are mentally incapable of looking after their own affairs. There can be many causes of this such as accident, assault, dementia or clinical negligence. What ever the reason, we can offer our clients help and support.
