Client liaison service

Caring for our clients

It is important that Solicitors dealing with clients who have sustained serious injuries see a crucial element of their role as being able to liaise with other professionals and to provide support to their clients.

In severe injury cases, we are aware that the legal process can be a particularly daunting prospect. We recognise the need to support our clients through the litigation process, which means not just providing advice about legal issues, but also assisting with the implications for the changed life of the injured person.

To achieve this, we have developed key roles for Client Liaison Managers who have clinical experience to provide advice and support to our clients and their families.

What does a Client Liaison Manager do?

The role of the Client Liaison Manager is to develop clear lines of communication ensuring that clients and their families are fully aware and understand the process at all times. They also act as co-ordinators of implementation of rehabilitation and support services to the client, including purchase and adaptation of accommodation, setting up care regimes and appointing case managers.

By this we hope to empower the client to be able to access services to maximise quality of life.
