We provide coverage for all Courts in England and Wales. These are limited to one Court hearing attendance and include our costs and those of any barrister representing you at the court hearing.

If instructed, a member of our experienced team will take a statement from you regarding the facts of the offence and your personal circumstances. If required, they will liaise with the court and the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) on your behalf prior to the hearing. They will also instruct a barrister or Solicitor to attend a court hearing with you.
