Steven became a partner in May 2007, having remained with the firm since commencing his training in 1991 and subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor in 1993.

Steven has a wide ranging experience of all types of commercial property work, but with a particular emphasis on development land. He regularly acts on large strategic land acquisitions and a wide range of acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial development land. He also provides advice on commercial property matters to many other large clients of the firm.
