Heads up a team of 25 Law Costs Draftsmen and Fee Earners who are responsible primarily for the recovery of the firm's contentious legal costs from opponents and clients. This entails preparation of the claim for costs, followed by negotiation and litigation through to a Judge who will decide on the appropriate amount of the legal fees.

Also assists the Partners with technical queries and consideration of best funding options available to clients in appropriate cases.

The team has a substantial target in terms of recovered fees and has a proven track record.

A Fellow of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen and often speak at conferences on the issue of legal costs and funding of contentious litigation. Has a particular interest in Conditional Fee Agreements and their development in the Personal Injury and commercial market place.
