Sital specialises in all aspects of Family Law and has experience in divorce, ancillary relief matters including financial relief following a foreign divorce, international jurisdiction cases, disputes relating to children, advising on pre-nuptial and pre-registration agreements and injunctions. She has dealt with a variety of cases including many cohabitation disputes, in which she has a particular interest.
Sital was admitted as a solicitor in September 2003 and is part of the London family law team.
