Partner in personal injury specialising in public liability works accident, claims against the MOD and aviation litigation.  Head of unit dealing with sub-catastrophic injury claims and national leader of public liability.

• Joined the firm as a Paralegal in 1990;
• Worked in multi-party litigation, working on the Dalkon Shield Litigation;
• Returned to the firm in 1992 after Law School to complete a traineeship, qualifying into Personal Injury in 1994;
• Since qualification, has gained a broad-based experience of various areas of Personal Injury including multi-party, medical negligence, road traffic, public liability and claims abroad before finally specialising in occupational injury/illness cases;
• Involved in the BCC VWF cases, having one of the lead cases;
• Now supervises the team handling the cases going through the settlement agreement;
• Also head of a new team specialising in claims against the Ministry of Defence.
