Worked for a leading insurance company before joining Irwin Mitchell, dealing with motor claims and employers liability claims. Joined IM Insurance in 1995 as a Legal Clerk. Trained and qualified as a solicitor in 1998. Returned to IM Insurance in 2000 and was promoted to Associate level in 2002.
