As Operations Manager for Debt Recovery & Litigation in England & Wales, Michael has strategic management responsibilities for a Team that provide a full range of collections and litigation services tailored to meet individual client requirements.

Michael joined Irwin Mitchell in April 2007 following the merger with Golds.

Prior to joining Golds in May 2006, Michael spent 17 years with Abbey. During this time Michael held Operational Management roles in both Group Debt Management and Intermediary Sales.
