Often working in conjunction with major accountancy firms the objectives are to minimise the client’s risk of prosecution and the amount of tax payable. He has been involved in many of the major cases going back to 1978 and has spoken on tax investigations and related fraud topics at the IBA Conferences in Vancouver (1999), Barcelona (2000),  Prague (2005) and Chicago (2006).
