Partner in the Employment Law team specialising exclusively in Employment Law, advising clients in both the commercial and public sectors Has advised a number of Government agencies on the full range of Employment issues, and in particular has provided strategic guidance on secondments and TUPE issues arising out of Government development and private sector partnership initiatives. Other main areas of work in the public sector relates to the National Health Service.
Has advised health authorities, national health trusts and, more recently, primary care trusts, in relation to the full range of employment issues faced by such organisations including unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination, equal pay and breach of contract. Is an experienced advocate and regularly represents both public sector and private sector organisations in Employment tribunals.
