Lindsay has over 10 years experience as a claimant clinical negligence solicitor. In addition to an array of settlements of £3m plus for birth injury claims, Lindsay has significant experience in fatalities and amputation cases as a result of delay in diagnosis and surgical error.
Lindsay is currently supervising over 150 claims involving children that were allegedly misdiagnosed with epilepsy by Dr Holton at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
Lindsay has joined Irwin Mitchell in 2006 after the firm merged with leading clinical negligence practice, Alexander Harris, where she was a renowned Partner for 6 years.
