Became Partner at IM in 1996.  The Supervising Partner for the Defendant Insurance Law team in Birmingham and the Telecommunications team in Sheffield.  Launched Focal a division of IM in April 2005 providing an end to end financial leakage reduction service for insurers and financial institutions dealing with missed recoveries and internally and externally perpetrated fraud losses. Assists insurers as an "in-house" auditor and advisor. A member of the Irwin Mitchell national Insurance Law Executive Committee.
