Dealing with claimant personal injury litigation cases, predominantly for children and adults suffering catastrophic head injuries and spinal injury. Also other complex personal injury claims, including fatal cases and ground-breaking cases against the MOD and Home Office.
Jane's client work has strong emphasis on client care and she follows a holistic approach to the client, believing in rehabilitation, good use of interim payment funds and the restoration of quality of life.
Jane also lectures to lawyers (through APIL) and to health and social care professionals on the importance of rehabilitation, client care, the benefits of recovery of damages through legal action, as well as providing legal updates on matters such as the consent to treatment given and The Mental Capacity Act 2005.
