Heather joined Irwin Mitchell in December 2007. She is well versed in all areas of commercial property but has particular experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in the retail environment. This includes not only landlord and tenant work for some well known shopping centres, supermarkets and high street retailers but also acting for local developers and investors in relation to developing retail sites. In addition, Heather has acted for investors, developers and funds in relation to developments, site acquisitions and assembly, sales and purchases and management of portfolios.
