Associate in the Employment Law team specialising exclusively in Employment Law, advising clients in both the commercial and public sectors. Glenn has day-to-day responsibility for the Manchester Employment Law team.

Advises businesses of all sizes in both the public and private sectors in all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination and breach of contract. He acts for a number of household name blue chip PLCs, SMEs and owner-managed businesses.

Glenn has considerable advocacy experience, particularly in the field of discrimination law. He regularly represents clients in tribunals throughout the country, as well as in the Scottish jurisdiction.

He regularly presents in-house seminars and workshops for clients, and has primary responsibility for preparing the Employment Law department's client update bulletin. Glenn also undertakes advice in relation to complex restructuring exercises in both the private and public sectors.

Glenn has a particular specialism in TUPE, and has been involved in a number of high profile corporate mergers and acquisitions, carrying out the employment aspects of due diligence and drafting appropriate warranties and indemnities.
