Qualified in 1990 having trained at Morgan Cole and then moved to Stephensons where she became a partner in 1994. Is a mediator and collaborative lawyer and is recognised nationally as a leader in her field.

Member of the Law Society Family Panel, Law Society Children Panel and an Accredited Specialist with Resolution in financial advocacy and children matters. Also a member of the Resolution Skills Committee and a trainer and regular speaker in the field of collaborative law . Chairs the collaborative practice group for the manchester region.
