Partner at Irwin Mitchell
Caroline leads a team in the London Office Asbestos Disease Team which is widely recognised as one of the leading specialist asbestos disease practices in the South East. She has specialised in asbestos litigation since the 1980s and many of her cases have been reported in legal publications because of the amount of compensation awarded, or because of the unusual nature of the claim. This includes obtaining full compensation during his lifetime for a sufferer of asbestos-related lung cancer, who had no signs of asbestosis. She has also obtained compensation for two severely disabled adults who were not related to a mesothelioma sufferer, but who had been cared for by him and his wife prior to his death.
