In addition to settlements in excess of £3 million for birth injury cases, she has significant experience and expertise in mediating and litigating Erbs palsy claims for which she is nationally renowned. She has successfully concluded over 85 Erbs palsy cases since 2000. Other concluded cases include:
- CP case: £3.35 million, negligence admitted, awarded to a minor;
- CP case, negligence not admitted. Periodical payments and contingency fund - in excess of £1.565 million, awarded to a protected party;
- Delay in diagnosis of craniosynostosis resulting in partial sightedness, child awarded £550,000;
- Below elbow amputation in a premature baby following hospital acquired fungal infection £475,000 to a minor;
- Erbs Palsy (grade 2) where liability was admitted, child awarded £290,000;
