- Acting for AMF Bowling in the sale of its bowling alley premises at Elliot Street Glasgow and on its relocation to leased premises at Springfield Quay in Glasgow
- Acting for a private Irish investor leading the acquisition and the subsequent disposal of Cameron Toll Shopping Centre in Edinburgh for a sum of £84.5m
- Advising Mapeley on the acquisition of Chesser House, Edinburgh
- Leading the disposal of Queens Drive Retail Park, Kilmarnock for a private Irish investor at a price of circa £20m
- Leading the team which advised Mapeley (a joint venture between Soros, Fortress and Delancey) on the Scottish aspects of Project STEPS (being the transfer of the offices of the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise in the UK) at a price of circa £2b
- Advising an overseas consortium on the funding aspects of the acquisition of Prestwick Airport
- Advising on the site assembly and development of a circa £2.5m golf driving range for a Danish based operator
- Leading the team advising Burford Group on the forward funded purchase of Meadowbank Retail Park, Edinburgh
