Two People Killed in Staxton Coach Crash

A couple have died after their car was involved in a crash with a coach carrying children to a marching band competition in North Yorkshire. The crash was on the A64 at Staxton near Scarborough on Sunday morning the 21st. The occupants of the car, a man and woman from South Yorkshire, died from their injuries.  Six people were injured on the coach, which was carrying adults and children from Pelsall near Walsall to Primrose Valley holiday park in Scarborough. All had suffered minor injuries and four needed hospital treatment.
