Police have described the circumstances in which a man died at a house in Buckinghamshire as an "industrial incident".

The victim was pronounced dead by officers at the property in Langdon Avenue, Aylesbury.

A joint investigation with the Thames Valley Police and the Health and Safety Executive will take place in to the death of the man in his 20's.

David Urpeth, a Partner from law firm Irwin Mitchell said: "Despite stringent health and safety legislation there is still an unacceptable level of workplace deaths following industrial accidents.

"Whilst the circumstances of this accident are not yet known, something went wrong leading to this accident at work.

"I represent many workers who have been injured or killed in work accidents. Employers must carry out suitable risk assessments and then take steps to prevent injury to workers."
