Insurance brokers anti-competitive practices

On 14 October 2004, Eliot Spitzer, the New York Attorney General accused Marsh Inc, the World's largest insurance broker of bid rigging and accepting 'contingency commissions'. The investigation has global consequences and includes brokers other than Marsh.

We would like to hear from;

  1. Clients of the brokers who may have suffered a loss as a direct consequence of the bid rigging.
  2. Independent brokers who may have lost business through the anti-competitive practices of those firms under investigation.
