Crestor (Rosuvastatin)

Crestor was licensed in the UK in March 2003 and like the other statins currently available on the UK market, it is prescribed to help reduce cholesterol levels.

Crestor has been associated with and can cause weakness, constipation, nausea, muscle aches and pains. There was also a risk of rhabdomyolysis (muscle breakdown) which can lead to kidney failure.
