We successfully helped a woman claim compensation after being injured in a road crash on the M1.

Our client, a woman from Leeds, was driving along the M1 and had slowed down to an enforced speed limit at road works.

A vehicle travelling behind collided with the rear of our client’s vehicle, leaving her with a fractured sternum and soft tissue injuries. She also developed psychological injuries. Her injuries prevented her from returning to her previous employment as a bus driver.

Cathryn Godfrey from our Leeds office helped the woman claim £42,500 in compensation.
