Our client was injured in an accident at work. She was leaving the stationery room when she caught her foot in some strapping that had been left on the floor, causing her to fall.
She suffered a fractured elbow and cracked rib which caused her to be absent from work for five weeks. Cathryn Godfrey helped the client to claim £4,800 compensation in a work accident claim.
