A woman suffered serious injuries when she was involved in a road traffic accident in 2006.

Our client was driving home from the gym when the accident occurred. As she was driving up a hill, round a bend, she saw a large vehicle on her side of the road and had nowhere to go to avoid the inevitable collision.

She was taken to Lincoln County Hospital and whilst in the ambulance, drifted in and out of consciousness. She then remained in intensive care for two days before going on to a normal ward for a further three days.

As a result of the accident, our client sustained several injuries and continues to suffer memory difficulties and has been unable to return to full time paid employment.

Expert Lawyer, Matthew Garson, helped the woman to secure more than £400,000. The compensation awarded will allow the woman to continue with the rehabilitation and support she requires.
