We currently act for Mr Anthony Colcomb in a case against Kent Police.
On 11 August 2008 Mr Colcomb was arrested from his home. During the course of his arrest he was assaulted and threatened with a knife by a police officer. He was then thrown onto a sofa, grabbed by the throat and his head forced back and then threatened with a blade.
As a result of his ordeal, a Police Sergeant was jailed and another officer received community service.
We are now pursuing a civil action on behalf of Mr Colcomb.
