The circumstances of this personal injury claim are that on 13 December 2008 out client was visiting her local Tesco. As our client was walking down an aisle near the pharmacy area, well away from the fruit section, she slipped on a loose grape that had been left on the floor. As a result of the accident she suffered a fracture to the wrist which required manipulation and setting. Liability was admitted by the supermarket and damages were awarded to the sum of £20,000.
