Our client was injured as a passenger in a road traffic accident. The car he was travelling in was being driven along the A487 when another vehicle travelling in the opposite direction crossed the central white lines and collided head on with our client’s vehicle.
Our client suffered a whiplash injury, bruising to the neck, back and arms. He also became anxious about travel. The third party admitted liability and our client was awarded £1,000 compensation.
