A man was injured in a road traffic accident in November 2008.
The circumstances of the accident are that our client was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by a friend. They were stationary at traffic lights when the third party set off too early and collided with the rear of our client's vehicle.
He sustained a whiplash injury.
Liability was admitted by the Defendant and our client received £1850 in compensation.
