A man sustained severe injuries after a careless driver reversed their vehicle onto the man's driveway where he was standing alongside his vehicle.
The man's legs were crushed between the two vehicles and he sustained a crushing injury to both knees as well as bruising and swelling.
Previously the man had received a knee replacement to his right knee and the impact of the accident caused severe abrasions to the outside of his right leg and bruising and swelling to his right ankle.
The case was settled by the Defendant's insurers for £15,000 without the issue of Court proceedings.
