A man contacted Irwin Mitchell's solicitors after he suffered injuries to his right foot and knee when he was struck by a truck at work.
Our client was working at a meat factory when a meat pallet truck hit him and ran over his right foot. Our client required surgery to his right knee and needs ongoing treatment to ease the effects of his injuries.
