In April 2008, our client was driving along the A446 towards Birmingham. As he approached a roundabout, a heavy goods vehicle in the outside lane swerved and collided with the rear of our client’s vehicle.

Our client sustained injuries to his spine, twisted his knee and underwent keyhole surgery to his knee. This showed that the accident had caused a tear to the knee cartilage and also increased symptoms of pre-existing damage in his knee.

Our client approached the Serious Injury Team in Leeds, and with the help of Cathryn Godfrey, we helped the man to recover £5,300 in compensation.
