Cathryn Godfrey of Irwin Mitchell represented a Leeds lady injured in a road traffic collision.
The incident took place on the A65 in Leeds. Our client was stationary in a queue of traffic when she was hit from behind by the defendant's car.
She suffered a soft tissue injury to her neck.
