Irwin Mitchell represented 5 people who were holidaying in Morocco in January 2000.  They went on an excursion to the Atlas Mountains but the mini-bus used to transport them skidded and left the road.

Our clients suffered various injuries including cuts, bruises and other soft-tissue injuries, various broken bones, whiplash and post-traumatic stress disorder.  Several required medical treatment and extensive physiotherapy.

The Defendant admitted liability and, following negotiations, Irwin Mitchell was able to agree settlement of the claims for a total sum in excess of £180,300.  The most seriously injured Claimant received an award in excess of £100,000.  The Defendant also agreed to pay the Claimants’ legal costs.
