Our client sustained an aggravation to a previous injury to his ankle as a result of a road traffic accident in December 2008.
He was travelling on the bus when a third party pulled out of a side road into the path of the bus, causing the bus driver to brake sharply to avoid a collision. As a result of the bus braking our client was thrown from his seat and landed heavily on his ankle.
The third party fled the scene but we were still able to recover compensation of £1282.50.
