Irwin Mitchell recently helped a Leeds woman to receive £39,850 in compensation following a road traffic accident.
At the time the accident occurred, our client was a passenger travelling in a taxi when it collided with another vehicle. As a consequence of the accident the Claimant sustained a broken nose, facial bruising and swelling, damaged teeth, nerve damage to her gums and lips and an injury to her knee.
As part of the compensation secured by Irwin Mitchell, funding for treatment was made available by the Defendants which allowed the client to undergo Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment to assist in her recovery and rehabilitation.
